Exercise EW22: Shoulder relaxation (kneeling)

Exercise for beginners

Goal: Relaxation of shoulder and neck

Accessories: Yoga mat (to kneel on)

Parameters: Frequency: 16-18 Hz (as preferred, can also be 6-8 Hz) / Position: 2 / Duration: 1-2 minutes

Procedure: Kneel in front of Galileo. Arms outstretched. The palm of the hand’s rests backward on the Galileo’s surface, fingers are on the Galileo’s body. Buttocks over knees, straight back and weight also on hands. In this posture, the shoulders can be moved back and forth toward the ears to reach different regions of the shoulder and neck
