Exercise EW12: Shoulder relaxation (sitting)

Exercise for beginners

Goal: Relaxation of shoulder and neck

Accessories: Stepper (about same height as Galileo device)

Parameters: Frequency: 12-18 Hz (as preferred, can also be 6-10 Hz) / Position: 1-2 / Duration: 1-2 Minutes

Procedure:
Posture: Sit on stepper in front of the Galileo device. Straight arms, lean backwards on heel of hand, the fingers hanging over the housing of the device.
Movement: In this position shift head or shoulder slowly forward and backwards to address different sections of the shoulder and neck.
