Within Germany. The training manual (max. 2 pcs.) will be sent via Deutsche Post letter, other orders via UPS.

Shipping costs

The shipping costs are 20,35€ within Germany.
From an order value of 50€ the shipping fee is waived.

Data delivery

Please note that this service is only available to German customers for items with customised imprints.

Notes on data delivery

Please send us the contact details to be printed on your ordered goods (company name, street and number, postcode and city, e-mail and web address) as well as your printable logo by e-mail to order@novotecmedical.de.

Please note the following information for the data delivery of your logo:

Colours and colour mode

  • Exclusively in CMYK colour mode.
  • No spot colours or solid colours (HKS, Pantone).

Resolution

  • Minimum resolution of 300 dpi with an output size of approx. 20 to 25 cm width.

File formats

  • Data for PC only, not for Mac.
  • In EPS, JPEG or TIFF format.

If you send us your logo in EPS format, please ensure that any fonts contained are converted to curves/character paths. A link or embedding of the font(s) used is not sufficient!

For data in JPEG or TIFF format, the fonts are already rasterised in the corresponding resolution.

Release

We prepare the print data and then send it to you as a PDF for viewing and approval. Only after your approval do we forward the print data to our print shop for production. The delivery time from this point is approximately 2 weeks.
