Durchgef\u00fchrt wurde dabei Dehn\u00fcbungen des Sprunggelenks mit und ohne Galileo Mechanostimualtion. Die Galileo Anwendung wurde bei hohen Frequenzen (26Hz) f\u00fcr 5 Mal eine Minute durchgef\u00fchrt. Die Kontrollgruppe f\u00fchrte identische \u00dcbungen ohne Galileo durch. Die Galileo Gruppe zeigte eine leichte Verbesserung der reinen Dehneffekete in der Beugung (Dorsifelxion) mit einer Steigerung um bis 38% aber deutliche und wesentlich gr\u00f6\u00dfere Effekte auf die Muskelfunktion wie Drehmoment beim Abdr\u00fccken (Plantarfelxion) um +18% und eine Verringerung des Winkels der maximalen Kraft (von 17\u00b0 auf 10\u00b0) und somit eine deutlich fr\u00fchere Kraftentwicklung.    <\/p>\n<p>Other Galileo studies showed similar effects on flexibility #<a href=\"https:\/\/stratec-med.com\/en\/grfs\/galileo-research-facts-no-137-can-galileo-training-be-more-effective-and-efficient-for-warm-up-than-ergometer-training\/\" rel=\"noopener\">GRFS137<\/a>, #<a href=\"https:\/\/stratec-med.com\/en\/grfs\/galileo-research-facts-no-60-can-galileo-training-be-more-effective-than-traditional-warm-up-exercises\/\" rel=\"noopener\">GRFS60<\/a>, #<a href=\"https:\/\/stratec-med.com\/en\/grfs\/galileo-research-facts-no-38-can-75-seconds-of-galileo-warm-up-training-increase-flexibility-performance-and-balance\/\" rel=\"noopener\">GRFS38<\/a>, #<a href=\"https:\/\/stratec-med.com\/en\/grfs\/grfs17-can-the-increase-in-flexibility-using-galileo-training-last-longer-than-standard-stretching\/\" rel=\"noopener\">GRFS17<\/a> and muscle function #<a href=\"https:\/\/stratec-med.com\/en\/grfs\/galileo-research-facts-no-129-can-squats-with-galileo-training-be-more-effective-for-warm-up-than-without-galileo\/\" rel=\"noopener\">GRFS129<\/a>, #<a href=\"https:\/\/stratec-med.com\/en\/grfs\/galileo-research-facts-no-125-can-galileo-training-help-to-create-maximum-voluntary-muscle-activation-in-untrained\/\" rel=\"noopener\">GRFS125<\/a>, #<a href=\"https:\/\/stratec-med.com\/en\/grfs\/grfs19-can-galileo-training-improve-short-term-leg-press-performance\/\" rel=\"noopener\">GRFS19<\/a>. This study performed stretching exercises at high frequencies (26Hz), however using mid frequencies (16-18Hz) would have been most likely more effective for flexibility (#<a href=\"https:\/\/stratec-med.com\/en\/grfs\/galileo-research-facts-no-59-are-high-frequencies-for-stretching-more-effective-and-lasting-than-mid-frequencies\/\" rel=\"noopener\">GRFS59<\/a>).
