The study compared 3 minutes Galileo Training position 2-3 (maximum width which allowed stable stance)) with squats using extra loads. The additional loads used where matched to the VO<sub>2<\/sub> (oxygen uptake) during the 3 minutes exercise of the Galileo group.    <\/p>\n<p>The results showed in the Galileo group a significantly higher muscle tissue oxygenation level (TOI, Tissue Oxygenation Index) with up to 2.4 times higher (+140*) then the control group (squatting with extra loads). The effects showed right after the start of the training and, other then in the control group, lasted even after the end of the exercise. Other Galileo studies already showed the influence of Galileo on blood-flow (#<a href=\"https:\/\/stratec-med.com\/en\/grfs\/galileo-research-facts-no-82-can-galileo-therapy-improve-muscle-function-and-cognition-in-ms-patients\/\" rel=\"noopener\">GRFS82<\/a>, #<a href=\"https:\/\/stratec-med.com\/en\/grfs\/grfs24-is-the-increase-in-blood-flow-highest-during-active-galileo-training\/\" rel=\"noopener\">GRFS24<\/a>, #<a href=\"https:\/\/stratec-med.com\/en\/grfs\/grfs21-does-blood-flow-during-galileo-training-increase-with-frequency-and-amplitude\/\" rel=\"noopener\">GRFS21<\/a>, #<a href=\"https:\/\/stratec-med.com\/en\/grfs\/galileo-research-facts-no-20-can-galileo-training-increase-blood-flow\/\" rel=\"noopener\">GRFS20<\/a>) and also the increase of blood-flow immediate after the end of the exercise (#<a href=\"https:\/\/stratec-med.com\/en\/grfs\/grfs24-is-the-increase-in-blood-flow-highest-during-active-galileo-training\/\" rel=\"noopener\">GRFS24<\/a>).  <\/p>\n<p>The increase muscle tissue oxygenation as well as the increase blood-flow is probably one of the reasons for the effect of Galileo Training to increase endurance (#<a href=\"https:\/\/stratec-med.com\/en\/grfs\/galileo-research-facts-no-46-can-galileo-training-reduce-creatin-kinase-after-extensive-endurance-training\/\" rel=\"noopener\">GRFS46<\/a>, #<a href=\"https:\/\/stratec-med.com\/en\/grfs\/grfs12-can-galileo-training-increase-endurance\/\" rel=\"noopener\">GRFS12<\/a>, #<a href=\"https:\/\/stratec-med.com\/en\/grfs\/grfs11-can-endurance-athletes-also-gain-with-galileo-training\/\" rel=\"noopener\">GRFS11<\/a>).
