Right of Withdrawal for Consumers

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.<\/p>

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier, acquired possession of the last item of goods.<\/p>

You may also exercise your right of withdrawal online at Contract Withdrawal (https:\/\/galileo-training.com\/en\/withdrawal-of-the-contract\/<\/a>). If you use this online facility, we will promptly provide you with an acknowledgment of receipt on a durable medium (e.g., by email), including information about the content of the withdrawal declaration as well as the date and time it was received. <\/p>

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you submit your declaration of withdrawal via the withdrawal function (the so-called \u201cwithdrawal button\u201d) before the withdrawal period expires.<\/p>

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of any additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive notice of your withdrawal from this contract.We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement. <\/p>

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have provided evidence that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.<\/p>
